MEET YOUR HOSTS

Ken Bibby is a certified Ski Guide through the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides and a Professional Member of the Canadian Avalanche Association. He has worked as a helicopter, snowcat and backcountry ski guide since 1999. Ken also has more than 25 years of instructional experience. In addition to his role as the Boost Training Manager, he is a senior instructor and curriculum developer for the Industry Training Programs of the Canadian Avalanche Association. Ken is a passionate educator and guide and has spent the better part of his adult life in the mountains of western Canada.

Lara Shea is an award winning film maker. In the Winter she is also an avalanche worker, who has worked for many backcountry mechanized guiding operations for over 10 years.
